My years of expertise and learning on the job with WordPress comes into its own when considering which tools to use to design a sophisticated, dynamic looking website. There is always the age old argument of what is more important; functionality vs. design? I often see friends and other web developers showing off their latest glittery Flash websites which took months to develop for it to go live and never to be found (because sites were not SEO friendly)!
